I live in the Northeast and found a Panerai I had wanted for a long time at Burdeen's. I sent an email and Rajeel followed up with a call a few minutes later. He was great to work with from start to finish. The watch was pre-owned, but they put it on a timegrapher at my request and also fully inspected it and tested it for water resistance at no extra cost. When the payment cleared it arrived less than 24 hours later. And there is a 1 year warranty. Best of all, when it arrived it was in like-new condition and better than described. Amazing!
