The staff was incredibly attentive and made sure all my needs were met and questions answered.I was blown away by the level of customer service and never felt pressured like some companies make you feel. Every time I called with a question or concern it was always addressed professionally. I will refer Benchmark Exteriors to everyone I know as I couldn't be happier with the experience. The owner has gone out of his way several times to make sure expectations were met and even helped me out in a bind on a late Friday afternoon when the wind blew one of my siding pieces off and needed to get addressed before heavy rain came through to cause damage. Great company, keep it up!

He explained the language so we could talk to the insurer without misunderstandings. His advice was always timely and helpful. Can’t recommend Benchmark Exteriors enough! They were great with the insurance company to get the roof covered and timely in getting the roof done. They realized when taking the shingles off that my roof had spaced decking that was out of code. Even though they were not prepared for that as there is no way to know until the roof is off, they were still able to get the material they needed to finish the job the same day. Kitchen and bathroom vents are now properly ventilated along with a solar vent for the roof. Looks of issues from the previous company putting this roof on and flipper not connecting the vents properly causing leaks. All corrected by Benchmark. Great job to the team and thank you for getting this done so quickly!
