Service call is $75 to come out and check them out. That covers 2 or 3 appliances. If you've got more than that, give me a call.

Sure do. 10% off labor, which includes the service call.
Poor guy couldn't figure out why my dishwasher was leaking. Thankfully, I just happened to mention switching soap pods. He suggested some dishwashers have issues with the plastics used. It dissolves too fast and then the dishwasher leaks with suds overkill. Suggested I put the soap pod in the silverware rack. And wallah! Who ever woulda thought but several washes later - no more leaks! Very happy!

Our oven went out the week before Easter. Dye’s set up a time to look at it and sent Josh out to work on it. He got to our house within the time window that was given to us, found the problem and ordered the parts we needed. He came back out and completed the repair when the part was in. It was repaired before Easter and works great now! It was refreshing to call and have someone answer the phone and talk with you about the problem. Josh did a great job. We will definitely call them for any future repairs!
